I’ve recently advised Westerby Trustee Services on another successful business acquisition – the latest in a series of transactions I’ve helped them with over the last few years.
This time, Westerby acquired the SIPP client book of a well-established business that’s been around since 1996.
Westerby has recently moved to an Employee Ownership Trust model, so the business is now owned by its employees. That shift has had a positive effect on staff morale, motivation and engagement, and I’m confident this latest acquisition will support their continued growth.
